Hourglass' Curator Lash Primer is formulated to provide dramatic lift and secure the curl of lashes, while adding length and volume. One coat of this clear, weightless lash-perfecting primer is designed to create the ideal base for mascara.
Long-wearing formula.
Formulated without parabens, fragrance, sulfates, gluten, pthalates, synthetic dyes, silicone, talc, triclosan, mineral oil.
Not tested on animals.
