Warm the ceramic stone by placing it in a bowl of hot tap water for one minute. While the stone is absorbing the heat, use the golden spoon to scoop the desired amount of Massage Mask out of the jar. With your fingertips, apply a thin layer to clean skin, avoiding eye area. Remove Warming Stone from bowl and check to make sure it is quite warm yet still comfortable, then pat it dry.
