1. Lightly press below the eyebrow, close to the bridge of the nose. Glide your finger below the brow bone towards the outer corner of the eye and through the temple. Pull gently towards the hairline and release. Repeat 3 times.
2. Lightly press below the eyebrow, close to the bridge of the nose and repeat the hairline and release. Repeat 3 times.
