Givaudan, the world-renown producer of fine fragrances created the scents honoring the acclaimed artist. Each candle in housed in a yellow box featuring Basquiat’s crown motif.
Jean-Michel Basquiat's artwork merges conceptual, gestural, figurative and political art with a multicultural perspective. The art is aggressive and rapid, yet thoughtful and literate and it displays relevant subjects that are rich in reference and allusion. His metaphorical images juxtaposed with text create a distinct visual language.
