WHAT IT DOES:
Best used to gently apply cream or liquid products such as concealer to small areas of the face for a wispy, soft finish. SigmaTech™ synthetic fibers are made with a special thermoplastic engineering polymer and SigmaAlloy™ 3-ring brush ferrules are made with copper and zinc.
