Layer the Volumizing Mascara on top of the Expert Mascara to seal each lash, creating a more stable wear that resists smudging and running Curl eyelashes with The Eyelash Curler and brush through lashes prior to mascara application. Brush through once more after application to ensure lashes are feathered and sit appropriately for a fuller, more natural result Apply eyeliner to the waterline of the top eyelid for fuller looking lashes Don’t pump the wand in and out of the bottle. This pushes air into the tube which will make the mascara dry out faster causing clumping and flaking. Instead, gently twist the back and forth or in circular motions to pick up the desired amount of product. Wipe the tip of the wand to remove any excess mascara before application to avoid clumping.
