HOW TO USE IT
:
Swivel up only 1/8 inch (pencil does not retract). Apply along lashlines as desired. For a thinner, more precise application, apply using small, short strokes. For a smoky look, draw a thicker line, extending just beyond the outer corner of eyes. Smudge with Eyeliner Brush or cotton swab. Replace cap tightly.
