How To: Place wand at the root of lashes and wiggle back and forth to give depth to the base and pull through. Layer mascara on the outer corner lashes to lift and extend the eye. Apply to lower lashes with the tip of the wand and blend down.

Use the tip of the mascara brush while looking up into your compact for an immaculate and smudge-proof application.
