Apply serum or oil to clean, dry skin to help the Gua Sha tool glide with ease. To help lift and reduce puffiness, start at the center of the face, on either side of the nose, gliding the tool outward and upward along the cheekbone towards the ear. To help contour the jaw, start at the center of the chin, moving upward and outwards along the lower jawline towards the ear. To help lift eyebrows, glide the tool outward across the brown bone. To help smooth fine lines and wrinkles, glide the tool upward from the base of the forehead to the hairline. To help improve the appearance of the neck, start at the center of the clavicle, gliding the tool up the neck towards the chin. Repeat each movement 5-10 times. Use for 3-5 minutes day and/or night for renewed, radiant skin.
