Use on clean, dry lashes. Open the eyelash curler and place your upper lashes on the pad between the upper and lower bars with eyes open. Place the curler near the inner corner of the eye, as close as to your eyelid as possible without pinching your skin. Clamp down and hold for 10 seconds, then repeat by moving the curler to the outer length of lashes if necessary. Follow with mascara.
