Step 2: Apply your chosen essence.
Step 3: Choose your treatment programme on the VZUSA II.
Step 4: Follow the suggested movements; upward and outward.

The EMS and LTN Modes can each be used for 5 minutes daily. Begin with EMS and then use LTN.
