As a dietary supplement, take one capsule daily. For maximum support, take as directed every day.

Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 3 months. Use for a minimum of 3 weeks to see beneficial effects on cognitive function. For occasional use only. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking lithium, blood thinners, digoxin or medications for diabetes, high blood pressure or seizures. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have high blood pressure, glaucoma and/or detrusor instability (overactive bladder syndrome) or an autoimmune disorder. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have any type of acute infection or if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult your health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking anxiolytics, MAO inhibitors, antidepressant medications (e.g., selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors [SSRI]) or phosphodiesterase type 4 (PDE4) inhibitors. Do not use if you are taking health products that affect blood coagulation (e.g., blood thinners, clotting factor replacements, acetylsalicylic acid, ibuprofen, fish oils, vitamin E) as this may increase the risk of spontaneous bleeding. Do not use if you have high blood pressure. Consumption with natural health products (e.g., bitter orange extract, synephrine, octopamine, ephedra) or other drugs (e.g., ephedrine) that increase blood pressure is not recommended. Consumption with other caffeine-containing products (e.g., medications, coffee, tea, colas, cocoa, guarana, maté) is not recommended. This product is not intended as a substitute for sleep. Hypersensitivity/allergy is known to occur, in which case, discontinue use. Some people may experience insomnia, anxiety or headaches, in which case, discontinue use. May cause digestive disturbances. Store under normal storage conditions (dry, well-ventilated premises at 15–25°C).
