The creamy richness of the peach is perfectly balanced by the bright citrus zing of the pepper, then those delicate notes of rose petal and herbal tea come through. It feels like the perfect gin to serve with afternoon tea. But if that all feels a bit cheeky, then try combining with an elderflower tonic and garnishing with a slice of peach.
