It still carries Silent Pool’s much-loved DNA, but the recipe has been refined to highlight the following key botanicals: juniper, peach, oolong tea, rose, bay leaf, wild forest pepper (a citrusy relative of Sichuan pepper), Timur berry (a grapefruit-flavoured Nepalese pepper) and dried lemon peel. The creamy richness of the peach is perfectly balanced by the bright citrus zing of the pepper, then those delicate notes of rose petal and herbal tea come through.
