HOW TO USE:
After choosing and lining up a stencil, fill in sparse areas of the brow using Brow Definer, blending through with the spoolie brush
Remove the stencil and fill in the highest point of the arch; use the spoolie end to blend product for a smooth finish
Finish by brushing Clear Brow Gel through the brow in short, upward motions
