HOW TO USE:
Apply: Use both hands to gently smooth product onto skin, starting at ankles and working your way up to hips and waist; repeat twice
Drain: Apply pressure around ankle and work toward top of thigh, repeating 6 times; place hands around knee, then perform draining movements at back, repeating 3 times; use press and release actions at top of inner thigh, repeating 3 times
Smooth: With your fists, perform alternating smoothing/circular motions on inside, top and outside of thigh, repeating 5 times
