How to use FIRMx Peeling Gel:
Apply a generous amount to clean, dry skin; gently massage in a circular motion to visibly exfoliate; rinse well with water
For extra enzymatic exfoliation, leave on for 1-5 minutes before rinsing
Use 1-3 times a week, depending on skin sensitivity
For external use only
How to use Anti-Aging Cleansing Gel:
Apply a small amount of cleansing gel over moistened skin with the fingertips; work into a rich, foamy lather and massage gently for 1 minute; rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and gently pat dry
Follow with Peter Thomas Roth treatment product, moisturizer and/or sun protection
For combination, oily and acne-prone skin, use 1-2 times daily
For normal, dry and sun-damaged skin, use 2-3 times a week at first, increasing usage if well tolerated

This product contains an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) that may increase skin's sensitivity to sun and particularly the possibility of sunburn; use a sunscreen, wear protective clothing and limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterward
