How does it work?
Multi Vitamin and Mineral Complex
Two Multi Capsules containing 16 different nutrients that work in synergy to help improve energy levels and contribute to supporting normal immune function. The anti-inflammatory nutrients also help provide anti-oxidants to help combat oxidative stress.
Derma Complex
One capsule containing Biotin to help maintain healthy looking skin and hair. Co-Enzyme Q10 to help the appearance of ageing and Red Wine Grape Seed Extract to assist in anti-oxidant protection.
Omega 3
One Capsule of Wild Alaskan Salmon Oil (Sockeye) to help normal cardiovascular function of the heart.
How do I apply it?
Dr Perricone recommends taking one packet with a glass of water after a meal, once per day. Total Skin and Body contains 30 individually sealed packets for convenience.

Daily intake includes Biotin, which contributes to the maintenance of normal skin.

OMEGA 3
As a source of Omega 3 fatty acids, the EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart.*
Ingredients: Wild Alaskan salmon oil, capsule shell (gelatin (fish), flycerol, purified water), flavouring, antioxidant: mixed tocopherols
*The beneficial e ect is obtained with a daily intake of 250mg of EPA and DHA.
MULTI COMPLEX
