HOW TO USE IT
Using the black rounded fiber bristles on the inner curve of the brush, apply formula from the base of the lashes to the tip for optimal volume and curl. Turn the brush on its side and use the elastomer comb to lift and define lashes . Let the first coat dry and apply additional coats for more dramatic lashes and luxurious curl.
