COMPOSITION: The lightweight balm is formulated with Hydratendre Complex to smooth, moisturize and protect skin. Compact includes two brushes for easy application.
HOW TO APPLY: To apply to lips, use your fingertips to dot balm all over lips then addpowder to the center of lips, blending outward. For a more intense lip result, use your fingertips to apply the balm all over the lips then use a brush to add powder until reaching the desired effect. To apply to cheeks, sweep powder onto tops of cheekbones for a touch of colour.
