This kit is perfect for hot sauce and whiskey lovers who are looking to get creative in the kitchen. Begin by placing 2 Dried Cayenne Peppers and 2 Dried Chipotle Peppers in one of the Decanters. Add 1.5 Shots of Whiskey and seal the Decanter airtight. Let your mix sit for ten days. Once the infusion is complete follow the directions on the package to add other ingredients. When you’re ready, blend your mix to a smooth consistency, boil for 15 minutes, let stand for 15 minutes, strain for a smoother texture and pour back into the bottle using one of the included funnels.
