Apply only at night after cleansing and toning.
Using a cotton pad, gently stroke a dime-sized amount over the entire face.
It can be left on or rinsed off after 10 minutes depending on your skin's sensitivity.
On the night(s) you use this Treatment do not use other exfoliants or scrubs at the same time.
In the mornings you can use other exfoliants as per your normal routine.
If you're using a prescription retinoid product apply the exfoliant first and allow it to set, then apply the retinoid product. Follow with a serum and/or moisturiser.
