Using Walgreens Microfiber Sponge, dot foundation onto chin, forehead, and cheeks. Blend outward from center of face. Use dry sponge for normal coverage, or moisten slightly for sheer coverage. Apply cream/powder brush over foundation with a damp sponge and sweep lightly from cheekbone toward hairline.
